Quales is a free Android app developed by WIKI4FIT APP that aims to change the way you train. It brings all your workout information (routine, frequency, intervals, repetitions, and history) to your phone, making it accessible anytime, anywhere.
With Quales, you get a list of exercises, load control for each exercise, images for exercise identification, and demonstration videos. You can mark completed workouts, count exercises based on your training goals, and chat with friends or interesting people at the gym.
Quales also facilitates better tracking of your training by your coach, notifies you of any gym-related news, and provides you with class schedules. The app eliminates the need for a workout card and eliminates the hassle of printing workout cards every day.
The app works offline, so you don't have to worry about losing your workout data when the internet is down. Once you or your coach/personal trainer registers your workout, you're good to go!
